Should either you (the client) or myself need to cancel any pre-booked appointment, this will be respected and accepted by both parties up to 24hrs before the time of the booked appointment.  If you cancel before this window, any monies paid by you will be refunded.  If you choose to reschedule, your payment will be applied to your new appointment time.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your reading or treatment with less than 24hrs notice a fee may apply.  However, I hope that common courtesy and a quick update/message to explain should address the situation to both sides' satisfaction.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with a physical product you purchase through the Scarab Therapies store, please do get in touch and we can discuss replacement or refund options.
